Neues aus Apartment BLUE

As part of the ongoing coordination regarding the damage claim, there are unfortunately further delays at this time.

The clarification of the settlement with the insurance company, as well as the associated assessments and feedback within the claims process, has not yet been completed. Differing evaluations and required review steps mean that approval for the restoration of the apartment continues to be delayed.

Even though this situation involves additional time and coordination on our side, we remain true to our standards:
as soon as all formal requirements are met, we will begin the complete and high-quality restoration of Apartment BLUE.

At present, it is therefore still not possible to provide a specific reopening date. We kindly ask for your understanding and thank all guests for their patience.
