Regeln
Pets:
Paws up, but please REGISTER IN ADVANCE! We love your furry friends, but they are not allowed on upholstered furniture – so no couch, bed, or armchair. Other guests may have allergies or health issues. Anyone who ignores this will incur a hefty cleaning fee – fair is fair. A small additional fee applies for extra cuddles. Bypassing this rule risks more than just a raised eyebrow.
Exception: Casa Limón – pets are unfortunately not allowed here.
Reservations in your own hometown?
Nope! Please only book with us if you want to relax somewhere else. Otherwise, check with us first – we’ll sort it out.
Smoking, drugs, wild parties & noise?
No way! This also applies to balconies and hallways: keep it calm. If you smoke anyway, a hefty €250 fine plus extra cleaning applies – we love fresh air!
No professional shootings or illegal activities:
We are not a film set, and definitely not a grey area.
Number of guests?
Exactly as booked! Anyone sneaking in extra people pays €30 per night – fair and simple.
Noise:
We measure the decibels – no room for loud troublemakers. And yes, some areas are under camera surveillance. So: please chill and be nice.
Damages & Losses:
You are responsible, so please treat our home with care. If something happens, let us know immediately – we’re fair, but not magicians.
Cleanliness is no luck:
Please leave the accommodation in a tidy state – wash any used dishes or put them in the dishwasher. Trash belongs in the designated bins. If something goes wrong: no drama – just let us know!
Kitchen yes – cooking show no:
Cooking is explicitly allowed (and encouraged!), but please remember to turn off the stove and oven after use. Grease buildup, heavy smoke, or burnt pots do not sit well with our smoke detectors.
Accidents happen – no need to panic:
Did you damage or lose something? Please report it immediately – we’ll find a solution together. Hiding it only makes it more expensive.
Consideration rocks:
Please be mindful of the neighbors – especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Music and Netflix are welcome in your heart, but please keep the volume down. 😄
Candles, charcoal, disasters:
Open flames, charcoal grills, or any other fire hazards are not allowed in the accommodation – safety comes first.
Valuables:
Please take care of your personal belongings. We do not accept liability for loss or theft.
External guests? Only by arrangement:
Visitors are only allowed with prior approval – we want to know who is in the house. Unregistered guests may lead to additional charges or, in the worst case, cancellation of the stay.
No moving furniture, please:
Our furniture is placed where it is for a reason. 😉 Please do not move anything, also out of consideration for floors and walls.
