For a restful sleep, you’ll find a high-quality queen-size boxspring double bed and two French double beds.

Security deposit
The security deposit is €300.00 per stay.

Cleaning & pricing
A one-time final cleaning fee of €110.00 is charged per stay.

Our Rules – to keep everything nice for everyone

😎 We love relaxed guests – so a few house rules help keep the good vibes going:

• 🕕 Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 10 AM.
  Early arrival or late departure? Sure – if it fits, with a small extra fee. Please be fair: ignoring check-out or blocking the cleaning team will incur additional costs.

🏡 Living locally? Nope.

• Bookings from your own city are not allowed – just contact us directly if you have questions.

🚭 Smoking, drugs, parties & noise? No thanks.

• Not on balconies, in hallways, or with disco balls. Violating the smoking ban costs €250 plus cleaning – and stresses out the next guest.

🎥 Commercial filming & illegal activities?

• Only allowed with prior written permission. No gray areas, no excuses.

👥 Only the number of guests you booked!

• Extra (unregistered) guests cost €30 per night each – we like transparency.

🐾 Pets?

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

📢 Noise check:

• Some apartments have smart noise trackers – no recordings, just volume. Public areas may have video surveillance – check the notices.

🔧 Damages? Let us know immediately.

• If something breaks or is missing, it’s not a problem – as long as you report it. You are responsible for caused damages – but we usually find a solution.
