Our freshly renovated apartment in Nidda OT Fauerbach is the perfect place for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and that certain something – whether for a few days or a little longer.

Just a few minutes by car, the Nidda Reservoir 🌊 beckons with sparkling waters for all kinds of fun – swimming 🏊‍♂️, boating 🚤, or simply relaxing by the lake 🧺, everything is possible.

The village itself enchants with traditional half-timbered houses 🏘️ and a charming, peaceful rural atmosphere 🥰 – perfect to unwind and recharge. Ideal if you want tranquility but still stay close to larger cities 🏙️.

Our Rules – Keeping it nice for everyone

😎 We love relaxed guests – so a few ground rules help keep the good vibes going:

• 🕕 Check-in from 6 PM, check-out by 10 AM at the latest.
• Early arrival or late departure? Sure – if it works, for a small extra fee. Please be fair: ignoring check-out or blocking the cleaning team means you’ll be responsible for any additional costs.

🏡 Living where you live? Nope.

• Bookings from your own town are not allowed – just contact us directly if you have questions about this.

🚭 Smoking, drugs, parties & chaos? No thanks.

• Not on the balcony, in the hallway, or with a disco ball. Violating our no-smoking policy costs €250 plus cleaning – and stress for the next guest.

🎥 Commercial shoots & illegal activities?

• Only allowed with prior written permission. No gray areas, no excuses.

👥 Only the guests you booked!

• Extra (unregistered) guests cost €30 per night each – we like to keep it transparent.

🐾 Pets? Only by arrangement – extra fee applies.

• Just ask beforehand. For assistance animals: please notify us in advance. Unauthorized pets may incur cleaning fees.
• The number of pets is limited. No pets on the beds, and pets cannot be left alone in the apartment – we don’t tolerate cruelty or chewed doors.

📢 Noise check:

• Some apartments have smart noise trackers – no recordings, only volume monitoring. Public areas may have video surveillance – please follow the notices.

🔧 Damage? Let us know immediately.

• If something breaks or is missing, no worries – just report it. You are responsible for any damage caused, but we usually find a solution.
