Neues aus Apartment BLUE

Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned – and that was recently the case in our Apartment BLUE.

Due to a sudden defect in a flexible water hose at the bathroom sink, a water leak occurred in the apartment. In order to prevent further damage and ensure a professional restoration, the apartment had to be temporarily taken out of rental operation.

🏑 What happens next

After such an incident, several steps are required:
damage assessment, technical inspections, coordination processes and formal approval for restoration. These procedures are currently still ongoing and – as is common with insurance-related cases – take time.

At this moment, we are unfortunately unable to provide a specific reopening date. For us, however, quality and care clearly take priority over speed. ✨
